What I Like
Politics
During the Democratic Dinner at the Wenatchee Convention Center, I had the chance to meet Washington State Governor Bob Ferguson. I asked him, "What does a kid like me need to do to get into politics?" He told me, "Your first step is to vote, go to college, and stay active in your community; become whom YOU want to vote for!"

Evergreen Boys and Girls State
Only at Boys and Girls State can members of House of Representatives all smile to take a non-partisan photo.
Internship with Mayor Jerrilea Crawford
I helped plan and execute a community advisory committee called the "Mayor's Roundtable." Every month, invited community members would sit down for coffee and discuss issues from roundabouts to Flock cameras.

Campaigning
ASB Vice Presidential candidate Alex Zavala utilizes his scooter to ride his way to voter victory (sadly, it wasn't enough, but I did get appointed as ASB Treasurer).
Video Production
Through @BorderByte-q3v, I make historical and educational YouTube shorts and relate them to contemporary events.

Reading!
The radiance of my favorite book, Catch‑22, is so bright that I struggle not to squint.
Reading as a Young Boy
I was infatuated with Under the Blood Red Sun, reading about the detention of Japanese-Americans in Hawaii.

LEGOS
Even though it looks more like a wheeled Armored Personnel Carrier, my first-ever documented LEGO creation was meant to be an M1 Abrams main battle tank.
History
Despite being in a hangar, this F4U Vought Corsair genuinely believes that he is still fighting the Japanese in the Pacific.

Wikipedia
I frequently fall down the Wikipedia "rabbit hole," which ends up ensnaring me for ages.
Army Men
Here I am recreating the 1943 "Dambusters Raid" with some very ahistorical troops.

Home Improvement
Please excuse the "grimace-smile." Pressing down on new floorboards is harder than it looks!
